  2. Sister Radiyah, I just asked a question to umm habibah becuase i come accross alot of apologists {espically in the west}...... Ukthee i think u misunderstood me....
  3. Your changing the topic. If you want to discuss other matters please start another thread. Also are you interested in learning about Islam? If so then we can talk properly Insha Allah {God Willing}
  4. They can put it to red, it wont change the reality. And to Allah we belong to and to Him is our return
  5. wwjd im not scared of you, this is for sure.
  6. We should not be so emotional. Isn't the condition for many of the expiations regarding "freeing a slave" that the slave be a Mu'min? Yes, it is permissible and good to free a Kaafir slave, but it is not the same reward nor value as freeing a Muslim. And even though it is good to free a Kaafir slave, then was this the Sunnah of the Prophet (Sallallaahu 3alayhi wa Sallam) and his companions -- I mean to free ALL the slaves? Didn't the Prophet (Sallallaahu 3alayhi wa Sallam) and his companions live and die owning slaves? No scholar nor Muslim holds them blameworthy due to this. Also, many of the scholars have spoken about the Mafaasid (harms) of dropping this Shar3. They mention, amongst many, adultery/fornication. How? Because people who don't have the means to marriage, but could instead fulfill their desires through slave girls, end up committing Zinaa. And because many people who need help in the house hire females to do the work, and commit Zinaa with them. If they had slave girls, it would be Halaal for them to have relations with them. These two harms were mentioned by Shaykh al-Albaanee in one of his tapes. Also, Muslimaat are worked out by the extensive amount of work they have at home, had they had slave girls in the house to help them, it would make their lives easier. I want to add that its an attribute of the Taa'ifah al-Mansoorah to obtain its Rizq from its enemies. Rizq includes food, money, and women. This has been abondaned by many. Rather than calling to the further decay of this Shar3, I really think one should be thankful to Allaah for this great Ni3mah and make Du3aa' that it is revived. My point also is, don't think that freeing all Kaafirs until there is no more slavery is the Sunnah of the Prophet, Sallallaahu 3alayhi wa Sallam.
  7. Sister Muslimah i remembered this قال شيخ الإسلام محمد بن عبدالوهاب إنما عودينا من أجل التكفير والقتال Shaykh al-Islaam Muhammad bin 'Abdil-Wahhaab said: "We were only taken as enemies due to our practice of Takfeer and Qitaal (fighting)" . I cant imagine why people say these tawagheet leaders are Muslims, imagine today if the Prophet was alive would he really say these rulers of today are Muslims????

  11. Assalamu 'alaykum Well, I mean, something I've never ever come across on any site is a youth councelling section. I mean, we all have problems, and unforunately, most of the youth of Islaam have big problems living amongst the kaffarah and mushrikeen. Every where they turn, this religion is like a hot coal to hold on to: -> They suffer from their parents, many of them. -> They suffer from the fitan of the nisaa` (and rijaal for sisters), and wallahi, what a disaster that is. -> They need advice constantly regarding all sorts of matters. -> They are confused, and frustrated and do not know what to do because there is no one there to guide them. -> They lack in strong leadership. Anyway, the list can be looooooooooooooooong. But I think it's a good idea, so what do you think my fellow brothers and sisters ? - Abu Dujanah.
  12. Hello Soledad. I dont know whether this thread is directed to me, anyways the answer to your question is this, depends what crimes are committed. And what a person is preaching. I suggest you read about what happened to Musaylama the liar, those who refused to pay Zakah etc at the time of the four rightly guided caliphs (Khulafa ‘Rashideen).....I think by doing this you would get your answer. So like i said before depends on what a person is preaching etc.
  13. Assalamu 'alaykum Brother Sohail. Hope your in the best of health, Insha Allah.
  14. Reading the Tafseer would help Sister. (I suggest Tafseer Ibn Katheer, its great) Trust me. And as ‘Allaamah Muhammad Ibn Ibraheem said, “It is impossible for Allaah to call someone a Kaafir for ‘Ruling by Other Than What Allaah Revealed’ and then for them not to be a Kaafir.” Here is what Ibn Katheer said in this Tafseer (Volume 2, p. 63-67) “And as for the royal policies, which the Tartars were ruled by, they were takn from their king, Genghis Khan, who laid down for them al-Yaasiq, which is a book made up of laws which he took from different shari`as. It is from Judaism, Christianity, the Islamic religion and others. Also it contains many laws which he took from his sheer thinking and desire. Thus, it became within his sons a followed law to which they have been gibing precedence over ruling by the Book of Allah and the Sunna of His Messenger. Whoever does this is a kaafir that must be fought until he returns to the rule of Allah and His Messenger.”
