  2. I think you are more educated to judge without knowing anything about me Please give yourself a chance to know us We only met here and if you try to read my first answer carefully I did not wish any nation to be destroyed but it was true from history mentioned in Quran Islam is a religion of peace and mercy but you have to take it all or leave it Do not look to Islam and compare to your knowledge or other religion If you want to challenge any thing in Islam with a really fair knowledgeable opinion you will never find any where else a similar fair judgment for every party rights Because the judge in Islam is not me or any body else but the Creator
  3. I think you need to learn about Islam not only watching or criticizing?

  5. One of the blessing of Allah that allowing us to do what we can then one day will come when no other chances for us to do any thing If those sofhaa (un matured people) think that they are able to write or to picture & make fun of our great Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) this is an indication from Allah that sooner something is going to happened as punishment & it could be unbelievable to destroy their nation I just want any one of those who write to face me and tell what he is able to do without Allah blessing. If he has any chance to stay a life is only because of Allah allow him Health - wealth - earth - air - sun - heaven - plants - animals - flowers and much much more, which our life cannot be without them, is allowed to be used only by Allah permission Thanks to Allah the forgiver and the merciful to his creation
  6. PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION I COPIED Bid'a: This means "Innovation" or "Unauthorized Changes." (A new things in Islam, which contradict Islamic teachings) The Prophet forbade people from making any changes to the teachings or practices of Islam. He said such things and people would go to the Hell fire. But if there is some actions being perform to please Allah (s.w.t) and that is within Shariah limits, those are ok and called Bid’a hasana. Da'wah: This means calling people (to Islam). If you're talking to someone about Islam you're doing Da'wah. A Da'i is the person who does Da'wah. Deen: Way of Life. Islam is not a religion, it's a way of life. Dhikr (Thzikr): This means to remember Allah. When you repeat words or sentences over and over so you can meditate on Allah and cleanse your mind, you are doing or making dhikr. Common dhikr phrases are: "La ilaaha illa Allah" (There is no god but Allah.) "Subahanullah wa Bihumdeehee" (Glory to Allah and His is the Praise.) Saying that last one 100 times gets all your sins forgiven according to the Blessed Prophet. There are many more. Many Muslims like to get those prayer beads to help them keep count but the Prophet said you get more reward if you do it on your fingers alone. Du'a: This means to call on Allah. Whenever you ask Allah for something, whether out loud or inside, you are calling on Him. You can make du'a in any words, in any language and Allah has promised to respond, although in a way we might not expect. Many Muslims like to learn some of the du'as that the Prophet said, but you can use your own words to talk to your Maker.
  7. Originally posted by Dan I am sorry to disagree but it is my duty as a muslim to point out that prayer beads ARE BIDAH. EVERY bidah will lead to the hellfire. Rasul-ullah has told us that he has left nothing out of our religion that will lead us to Allah and has not forbidden for us what will lead us to the hellfire. I agree with you not to follow any bidah but for your information I heard fatwa from scholars here in Saudi Arabia saying you can use sebha or any tools to count tasabieh providing that you are not believing that tools is only a tool you can use or not The main issue her is the attention has to be only toward Allah nothing else
  8. No thing wrong to use prayer beads as mentioned above for: 1-methods of assistance 2-prayer beads are used to keep track of how many times one has recited I knew do it on your figures is the best but most of us will start dhikr on fingers after few count he usually stop or not remembering how many he did The only thing is wrong if we believe that sibhah has any good thing to do for the reward from Allah It is only a tool and you can use any thing for count but our goal should be to recite the dhikr [remembrance of] Allah most of our time because it is your link with Allah
  9. God Increases His Blessings on Those Who Are Grateful* 16/10/2003 By Harun Yahya www.islamonline.net/English/introducingislam/Worship/Heart/images/pic04.jpg Every person is in need of God at every instant of life. From the air one breathes to the food he eats, from the ability to use one’s hands to the faculty of speech, from being sheltered to being in a joyful spirit, one lives completely in need of what God creates and grants him. Still, a vast majority of people do not perceive their weaknesses and that they are in need of God. They suppose that things develop spontaneously or that they acquire everything by their own efforts. This is an important error, as well as a serious ingratitude towards God. Ironically, people who render their thanks to a person for even an insignificant gift, spend all their lives ignoring the countless blessings that God gives them all through their lives. However, so great are the blessings granted to a person that one could never count them. God relates this fact in a verse as follows: (If you tried to number God’s blessings, you could never count them. God is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful) (Surat An-Nahl 16:18)** Despite this fact, most people fail to give thanks for any of the blessings they have. The reason for this is related in the Qur’an: Satan, who pledged to misguide people from God’s way, said that his ultimate aim is to make people be ungrateful to God. Satan’s defiant statements to God emphasize the importance of giving thanks to God: (’Then I will come at them, from in front of them behind them, from their right and from their left. You will not find most of them thankful.’ He (God) said, ‘Get out of it, reviled and driven out. As for those of them (mankind) who follow you, I, will fill up Hell with every one of you.’) (Surat Al-A`raf 7:17-18) People who give thanks have the insight and capability to perceive the beauties and blessings that God creates Believers, on the other hand, aware of their weaknesses and in humility before God, render their thanks to Him for every blessing granted. Wealth and possessions are not the only blessings for which believers render their thanks to God. Knowing that God is the Owner and Possessor of everything, believers express their inner gratefulness for good health, beauty, knowledge, wisdom, love of faith and hatred from disbelief, understanding, insight, foresight and for power. They are thankful for being rightly guided and for being in the company of believers. A beautiful landscape, easy handling of their affairs, fulfillment of their wishes, tidings of great joy, respectful conduct or any other blessings make believers immediately turn to God, express their gratefulness to Him and reflect on His mercy and compassion. In return for good morals displayed, a reward awaits believers. This is another of the secrets revealed in the Qur’an; God increases His blessings on those who are grateful. For example, God grants even more health and power to those who render their thanks to God for the good health and strength they have. God bestows even more knowledge and property to those who are grateful for their knowledge or wealth. This is because they are sincere people who are contented with what God gives and are pleased with the blessings and who take God as their friend. God relates this secret in the Qur’an as follows: (And when your Lord announced: “If you are grateful, I will certainly give you increase, but if you are ungrateful, My punishment is severe.”) (Surat Ibrahim 14:7) A disbelieving or ungrateful person will only see the imperfections and faults even in the most beautiful environment Being grateful is also a sign of one’s closeness to and love of God. People who give thanks have the insight and capability to perceive the beauties and blessings that God creates. God’s Messenger, peace be upon him, also referred to this when he said: When God gives you property, the bliss of God’s blessing and offering must be reflected on you. On the other hand, a disbelieving or ungrateful person will only see the imperfections and faults even in the most beautiful environment, and thus will be unhappy and discontented. Indeed, as a divine purpose in God’s creation, such people always come across with seemingly unfavorable events and unpleasant scenes. On the other hand, God displays more of His bounties and blessings to those who have a sincere and insightful outlook. That God increases His blessings to those who are grateful is one of the secrets of the Qur’an. However, one needs to keep in mind that sincerity is a prerequisite for being grateful. No doubt, one’s way of showing his gratitude without turning sincerely to God and feeling the inner peace of God’s infinite mercy and compassion, which is solely intended to impress people, would be sheer insincerity. God knows what hearts harbor, and will bear witness to this insincerity. Those who have insincere inner intentions may conceal it from other people, but not from God. Such people may render their thanks with affected manners when there is no affliction, but at times of hardship, it is possible that they may readily lapse into ungratefulness. It should be also noted that true believers remain grateful to God even under harshest conditions. Someone looking from outside may see the diminishing of some blessings believers enjoy. However, believers, who are able to perceive the good aspect of every event and situation, see goodness in this too. For example, God states that He will test people with fear, hunger and loss of wealth or life. In such a situation, believers rejoice and feel grateful, hoping that God will reward them with the gifts of paradise in return for the steadfastness they displayed in this test. They know that God does not impose on anyone more than he can bear. The steadfastness and submission of such awareness lead them to patience and gratitude. Therefore, it is an obvious attribute of believers to show unwavering dedication and submission and God promises to expand His blessings on His grateful servants both in the life of this world and in the hereafter. * Taken with permission from www.harunyahya.com ** The translation of the Qur’an used in this article is The Noble Qur'an: A New Rendering of Its Meaning in English by Hajj Abdalhaqq and Aisha Bewley, published by Bookwork, Norwich, UK. 1420 CE/1999 AH
  10. The Healing Power of Prayer Beads By Karima Burns, MH, ND 11/04/2002 www.islamonline.net/English/Science/2002/04/images/pic07.jpg Yahya related to me from Malik that Ziyad ibn Abi Ziyad said that Abu'd-Darda had said, "Shall I not tell you the best of your deeds, and those that give you the highest rank, and those that are the purest with your King, and are better for you than giving gold and silver, and better for you than meeting your enemy and striking their necks?" They said, "Of course." He said, "Remembrance (dhikr) of Allah ta ala (Hadith Bukhari Book 15:7.24)." Towards this goal many Muslims carry a sibhah, or prayer beads. Traditionally, prayer beads are used to keep track of how many times one has recited Subhan Allah, Alhamdulliah and Allahu Akbar. The most popular way is to use them after the obligatory prayer to recite the dhikr [remembrance of] Allah: Narrated Abu Ma'bad: (the freed slave of Ibn 'Abbas) Ibn 'Abbas told me, "In the lifetime of the Prophet it was the custom to celebrate Allah's praises aloud after the compulsory congregational prayers." Ibn 'Abbas further said, "When I heard the Dhikr, I would learn that the compulsory congregational prayer had ended (Bukhari Vol.1: Book 12: 802)." However, although the dhikr Allah has been recited from the time of the Prophet, the sibhah as we now know it today has not been recorded as being in existence at that time. Some accounts of history show that Muslims adopted the sibhah from India in the 2nd Islamic century and through them, in 1214, that the Christians adopted the idea and started using the rosary (Gulik). However, methods of assistance have always been employed in religious devotion even before the sibhah. Tradition states that before the sibhah, stones were sometimes used to recite. Other religions used knotted cords or woven shawls to keep track of recitations. Modern technology, however, has added a new dimension to prayer beads when electronic sibhah were invented. Many people even prefer not to use a sibhah at all. http://www.islamonline.net/English/Science...mages/pic07.jpg[/img]
  11. JazakA Allah Khair DAN for sharing your feeling with us May Allah forgive her and shower her by his mercy I think one of the sign of good Muslim is how they are treating their parents If we do not… that means we have to check our deeds, we are in the wrong track Because after the motherhood that never replaced and Allah command for greeting mothers if we do not obey Allah we are a loser
  12. Salamo 3aliekom: I know it is a bit long, but try to read it to the end...... I think "the plan" worked. Shereen El-Mitainy From: "ola mahanni" Subject: SATAN'S MEETING: Date: Mon, 06 Oct 2003 14:58:04 +0000 SATAN'S MEETING: (Read even if you're busy) Satan called a worldwide convention of demons. In his opening address he said, "We can't keep Muslims from going to Mosque." "We can't keep them from reading their Quran and knowing the truth." "We can't even keep them from forming an intimate relationship with their Allah and his messenger Muhammad." "Once they gain that connection with Allah, our power over them is broken." "So let them go to their Mosques; let them have their covered dish dinners, BUT steal their time, so they don't have time to develop a relationship with Allah and his messnger Muhammad." "This is what I want you to do," said the devil: "Distract them from gaining hold of their Allah and maintaining that vital connection throughout their day!" "How shall we do this?" his demons shouted. "Keep them busy in the non-essentials of life and invent innumerable schemes to occupy their minds," he answered. "Tempt them to spend, spend, spend, and borrow, borrow, borrow." "Persuade the wives to go to work for long hours and the husbands to work 6-7 days each week, 10-12 hours a day, so they can afford their empty lifestyles." "Keep them from spending time with their children." "As their families fragment, soon, their homes will offer no escape from the pressures of work!" "Over-stimulate their minds so that they cannot hear that still, small voice." "Entice them to play the radio or cassette player whenever they drive." "To keep the TV, VCR, CDs and their PCs going constantly in their home and see to it that every store and restaurant in the world plays music constantly." "This will jam their minds and break that union with Allah and his messenger Muhammad." "Fill the coffee tables with magazines and newspapers." "Pound their minds with the news 24 hours a day." "Invade their driving moments with billboards." "Flood their mailboxes with junk mail, mail order catalogs, sweepstakes, and every kind of newsletter and promotional offering free products, services and false hopes." "Keep skinny, beautiful models on the magazines and TV so their husbands will believe that outward beauty is what's important, and they'll become dissatisfied with their wives. " "Keep the wives too tired to love their husbands at night." Give them headaches too! "If they don't give their husbands the love they need, they will begin to look elsewhere." "That will fragment their families quickly!" "Give them story books to distract them from teaching their children the real meaning of Salat." "Keep them too busy to go out in nature and reflect on Allah's creation. Send them to amusement parks, sporting events, plays, concerts, and movies instead. "Keep them busy, busy, busy!" "And when they meet for spiritual fellowship, involve them in gossip and small talk so that they leave with troubled consciences." "Crowd their lives with so many good causes they have no time to seek power from Allah." "Soon they will be working in their own strength, sacrificing their health and family for the good of the cause." "It will work!" "It will work!" It was quite a plan! The demons went eagerly to their assignments causing Muslims everywhere to get busier and more rushed, going here and there. Having little time for their Allah or their families. Having no time to tell others about the power of Allah and his messenger Muhammad to change lives. I guess the question is, has the devil been successful in his schemes? You be the judge!!!!! Does "BUSY" mean: B-eing U-nder S-atan's Y-oke? Please pass this on, if you aren't too BUSY! I don't think I know 10 people who would admit they love Allah. Do You Love Him? IF YOU LOVE Allah, PASS THIS ON!!!!!!! Don't put limits on yourself. Realize that it's never too late. loulou http://www.sultan.org http://www.islam-online.net/english/index.shtml

  14. Aslaam alikum Simply we can do what we like even if we kill ourselves Like every body saying freedom But for example if you get drank or under drags you by your own choice by our freedom we can kill ourselves or others as it actually happened with many others because they were out of mind and out of control At least if they did not kill someone they could do things that themselves can be ashamed of it like doing sex with their sons or daughters or stealing form their relative I am giving the above example to see clearly how we human Muslim or non Muslim can hurt themselves The same thing happen when we see sexual pictures we got effected and our mood, behaviors & interest could be changed automatically without feeling that something happened Even when you want to get married your choice will be according to non-Muslim style due to the changes happened to your heart & believe Even some of Muslims if they don’t have boyfriend or girl friend they feel depressed why because other they do have Allah know us better and he know what will keep us as good Muslims and what will not for sure So we have to obey Allah and (PSAW) I hope my message is cleared that Allah love us and has mercy on us therefore when he command us to avoid watching those pictures and other evils acts this is for our true safety and happiness in future
